He focuses on different psychotherapeutic modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and group DBT are all forms of behavioral therapy.

He delivers structured dialectical behavioral therapy, group therapy, crisis support and planning, and mental health assessment services for individuals. His clientele includes adults, young adults, and children, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and newcomers.
Having experienced the process of immigration myself, I possess a deep understanding of the unique stressors and challenges that newcomers may face in adapting to a new country. My culturally sensitive approach allows me to connect with diverse individuals from various backgrounds, making them feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

I am deeply committed to professional growth, and as a result, I continuously engage in ongoing training and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of psychotherapy. Rest assured, my practice is rooted in ethical principles, and I am a registered member of Canadian Association of Social Workers and Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, I am here to help you build a path towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
